The idea of the temple was given in 1992 by a small group of Odias. They had a deep fond for Jagannath and with the symbol of cosmic energy. Years passed by, and only in the year 2004, the work started. Sculptors landed up on their own in the area, to complete the temple. More than 100 workers worked for about 5 years. Then, the temple work was finished on 15th March 2009.
