Godrej Regal Pavilion Rajendra Nagar's payment plan is divided into 10 schedules, which include:

Buyers can pay 10% of the overall cost when booking any desired apartment in the project.
After the construction work starts, 10% of the total amount must be paid.
During the Excavation procedure, 10% of the whole amount must be paid.
During the Plinth procedure of the project, 10% of the complete amount must be paid.
During the Basement building, 10% of the overall amount must be paid.
While building the Ground Floor of this project, 10% of the whole amount must be paid.
While building the First Floor of this project, 10% of the whole cost must be paid.
During the Floor Expansion of the project, 10% of the whole amount must be paid.
While Plumbing work in this project, 10% of the entire amount must be paid.
During possession time of the flats, the remaining 10% of the amount must be paid.

The base price will not include the additional fee amount, such as registration charges and stamp duty charges. All these fees have to be paid during the registration time. All the fees and expenses will include the applicable tax amount as well.

The minor modification charges (if needed) are not included in the base price and must be paid during possession. The floor rise costs, which vary with the floors in the tower, will also be added. All these additional costs are clearly displayed on the cost sheet.
