Godrej Regal Pavilion is a luxury project by Godrej Properties, located in Gaganpahad, Rajendra Nagar. It’s not in Madhapur but has quick access through the Outer Ring Road. Godrej Neopolis is located in Kokapet, near the Financial District. It’s close to Madhapur and has good road links. The project is built on 3.5 acres with one tall tower that goes up to 49 floors. It offers large 3 and 4 BHK homes, sized between 3500 and 4000 sq. ft., starting from ₹2.8 Crores. The project comes with over 30 top amenities and promises privacy with fewer flats. Handover is set for November 2028.

Godrej Madison Avenue is another high-end project from Godrej Properties, located in Kokapet. It offers 3 and 4 BHK homes with sizes between 2350 and 3600 sq. ft. Prices begin at ₹2.82 Crores. It has modern designs, smart layouts, and quality finishes. The location offers smooth access to IT hubs like Madhapur and Gachibowli. The project is under construction and targets buyers looking for comfort and class.

Prestige Spring Heights is coming up in Budvel, Rajendra Nagar. The area connects well to Madhapur through wide roads. The project covers 10 acres and has 4 towers with more than 1,600 flats. It offers 3 and 4 BHK units, from 1576 to 3051 sq. ft., priced between ₹1.4 Crores to ₹3.3 Crores. A large 1 lakh sq. ft. clubhouse, green parks, and 80% open space are part of the plan. Possession is expected after March 2030.

Prestige Clairemont is located in Kokapet, near the ORR, giving quick access to Madhapur. The project sits on 7.56 acres and has 928 premium flats. It is currently under construction and is one of the most talked-about projects in the area.

Prestige High Fields is a ready-to-move-in community in Gachibowli’s Financial District, just a short drive from Commerzone. Built on 21.85 acres, it offers 2240 units with 2, 3, and 4 BHK options. Prices range from ₹1.8 Crores to ₹4.5 Crores. Rentals are strong, with 2 BHKs going for ₹35,000–₹55,000, and 4 BHKs touching ₹1.2 Lakhs per month. With a vibrant community and all modern features, it remains a top pick for working professionals.

Sattva Lakeridge is in Kokapet, well-linked to Commerzone by the ORR. It offers 3, 4, and 5 BHK apartments, priced from ₹1.9 Crores to ₹4.5 Crores. Rental options are active, with 3 BHKs starting at ₹45,000, and 4 BHKs going up to ₹1 Lakh per month. The project features modern architecture, green spaces, and all key amenities. Some towers are ready-to-move, while others are almost finished.

This upcoming Birla Estates project is expected near Gachibowli or the Financial District. It will offer 2 and 3 BHK premium apartments and focus on green, open spaces. Features include 75% open area, nine themed zones, three floral gardens, and a smart clubhouse. RERA approval is on the way, and prices will be shared soon. The project is planned to deliver a mix of comfort, luxury, and good connectivity.
